Joe was paying for seats within Asana but barely scratching the surface when it came to it’s features. 
 

Joe and his team did have structure per client, but no templates for onboarding, projects or BAU tasks. The team were also using a few google sheets which could be consolidated into Asana and then linked to the clients.

  • Delivered a full operational audit to map out gaps and inefficiencies.

  • Created an onboarding and project template for all types of project combinations.

  • Created a social posting calendar in Asana for Hello Social’s clients.

  • Created a client mainframe, previously on a google sheet, for client management.

  • Implemented time tracking within Asana to understand time spent on tasks.

  • Set up monthly performance dashboards internally for sales and delivery.

  • Created a full library of SOPs

The Results

  • Client management through one ecosystem.

  • Removed moving between different systems.

  • Lowered admin time by 8-10 hours per week for the team.

  • Made the most of a tool the team were already paying for, got rid of other subscriptions.
