Tracy knew that she needed to optimise some systems and processes, and had an idea of where to start, however after her free ops audit, it became clear that an upgrade to the onboarding process was needed to get client onto Go High Level and ClickUp smoother, as well as lead nurturing through Go High Level, and collecting feedback from clients at certain points in their lifecycle. 
 

Onboarding was onerous and taking too long, and the other two processes weren’t happening.

Our Approach

  • Delivered a full operational audit to map out gaps and inefficiencies.

  • Created an automated onboarding flow which linked together Go High Level and ClickUp

  • Created a marketing nurturing sequence through Go High Level

  • Created a client ticketing system in ClickUp

  • Created an automated feedback loop for each quarter through Go High Level

  • Set up monthly performance dashboard

  • Created a full library of SOPs

The Results

  • Client onboarding time reduced from 2-4 hours per client to 5 minutes

  • Decreased time spent dealing with client queries by 6 hours per week

  • Enabled ability to do nurturing tasks to generate more business

  • Freed up a total ~12 hours per week for leadership to focus on growth
